Amazing
Must see in Sulina. Give yourself an hour of delight. A history of the city told by an enthusiast who set up a small museum on his own. Although at first glance it seems small, the exhibition is rich and covers the entire history of the city, cosmopolitan years ago, almost forgotten now although not worth it. It has a lot to offer. The ancient period, the Danube Commission, the digging of the Sulina canal, the communities of various nationalities, the daily life of the people, the schools, the churches (all St. Nicholas). The "sea wolf" Gheorghe Comarzan deserves congratulations for his dedication. Obligatoriu de vazut in Sulina. Oferiti-va o ora de incintare. O istorie a orasului spusa de un entuziast care cu forte proprii a alcatuit un mic muzeu. Desi la prima vedere pare mica, expozitia este bogata si acopera toata istoria orasului, cosmopolit cu ani in urma, aproape lasat in uitare acum desi nu merita. Are multe de oferit. Perioada antica, Comisia Dunarii, saparea canalului Sulina, comunitatile de diverse nationalitati, viata de zi cu zi a oamenilor, scolile, bisericile (toate sf. Nicolae). Lupul de mare Gheorghe Comarzan merita felicitat pentru daruire.

A must-see
I would recommend anyone interested in learning more about Sulina to visit this private exhibition. The owner is friendly and committed. He can tell a story about any item present. For one hour, he told us about the history of the city, the European Commission of the Danube, the cosmopolitan aspect of Sulina life before 1939. A richly rewarding experience!
