The Sandcastle and other sand sculptures can be found at the bottom of the fortress. Compared to what we have seen in Las Palmas during Christmas time, here were quite a few sand sculptures. Probably this sight has been affected by the coronavirus pandemic.

Quite bland
This was my fist time visiting the Lappeenranta Sandcastle and I have to say that I expected more. I've seen photos of the previous years sandcastles an they were pretty cool. This was bit disappointing though some of the sculptures were great

Nice
Nice place to spend 15-20 minutes and take some pictures. I was expecting something else due to the nice reviews that I've read. But if you are around it's worth to visit.
