Fun for all
It says you don't need any experience to do this. You have too go through the practice area before entering the tracks. You get good service here. Staff is really young but are true professional and really pilite. We did discovery, family and adventure routes. I guess I'm in pretty bad shape as the adventure track was bit too hard for me. I don't think you need that much muscle power than good body coordination. I truly lack this as some parts had me in tears as I felt I can't finish it. All good, I did. Luckily we were staying in hotel near by (holiday club saimaa) so I spent the rest of the day in relaxing in saunas and pools. Got few bruises but all good. I think you need to get few after such adventure and exercise :) If you're really fit there's sport route as well which probably would kill me but is good fun for those who need a challenge! :D I would love to do this again but not tomorrow. Pretty sure I get some muscle ache tomorrow. Truly a nice experience and fun and exhausting day!

Great adventure
There are three different routes here - discovery (for beginners), 2 x family, adventure and sport. I did the two family routes - they were really good and already quite high. Next time I have to try the adventure route. Recommended!
