Unexpectedly brilliant
Amazing museum in a small, historic port town. Really good curation of the various industries that have boomed and busted along this coast, plus plenty of personal stories.our host Isabell was really helpful and made us feel very welcome. We have visited many museums around NZ, big and small, and this would be close to top of our list. Allow a couple of hours

Great Little Museum
We stayed a night in Riverton on our recent Southern Scenic Route trip and came across this great little museum. David was incredibly informative. This was the highlight of our overnight stay in Riverton. If you go to Riverton it is a Must See!
