Hatha yoga Saswitha style. Yoga in which the breath carries and guides every movement. Yoga that lets you experience yourself. I give lessons in the hall at 6 Monseigneur Bekkerstraat 6 in Katwijk. And in the summer also beach yoga at Beachhouse Keywest in Katwijk. I can also be approached for private lessons, private group lessons and ayurvedic massage on location. Mats may be available for lessons in the hall and on the beach.
