nice place for few hour, good restaurant

restaurant is nice, spa location in middle of the city and usually busy but for few hours is nice stay.

Good for a couple of hours
I came here after the working hours so it was pretty busy so this is normal There were a lot of different saunas to go to. But the place is really small for the people they let in. We waited one hour for our food in the restaurant, even though the waitress said it was gonna be fast. The food was delicious so it was almost worth the waiting. When we came into the restaurant it was packed and they told us to come back 30 min later. There should be another waiting system because once back we weren't sure to have room and any body could've taken "our" spot

Poor service at reception
I went there for one day but visit is not worth the whole day. Restaurant is good but lacks light. Also the entire facility is spread on small premises making it look clumsy. Too many ups and downs with only one swimming pool. The worst was yet to come when I was done. After paying for my food bill, upon asking for invoice, I was refused flatly by reception. Also, she could not give me the break up of the total amount I was changed and I had to pay the entire amount without being convinced if I was paying right. Wish I could report this to government authority. Must be one of those tricks to save taxes. in short - AVOID.
