Nice and cozy sauna/wellness center
not too crowded but very well balanced wellness area. Good spacey saunas with good variety on temperatures and types of heat. Missing some good Aufguß opportunities in the hotter saunas. Great place to just come for a decent round of sauna and good restaurant with nice specials.

Worst experience with a giftcard
The Spa is good. Everything is new and very nice, the common sauna, the spectacular hamah massage. everything was good until dinner, we stayed for dinner, the service was very slow, it took 1.20 to bring a meat that I asked for well done, they brought it raw, they changed the meat, they took a while again and the meat was raw. After having a bad experience at dinner we went to pay and we had a gift card and when we went to pay they did not receive it because it was blocked and they did not help us, that we had to pay everything and we contact customer service which was already late , because they only charge at the exit, and they made us pay the full amount and that we understood each other with the customer service. I don't understand why they sell gift cards if in the end they are going to make the customer pay for everything and they don't help at all to solve it. What a pity that after a nice day they spoiled the experience for us due to a bad dinner and bad check out.
