Unfriendly, enough other places in the area. We asked if we could extend our bike rental and get the additional discount.. but as we didn't plan and order before hand they said we needed to pay again. Ok by us, easy way to loose a potential customer.

Boat rental: don’t waste your time
Rented a boat for 4 hours. We were assured the battery would last for 8 hours. Nope. Including a half hour stop, the last 45 minutes we had to go at half power because the battery was low. When we finally got back and asked for a partial refund, I was told ‘too bad’. When I informed them I would write a bad review, the manager asked ‘so you’re threatening me?’ Nope. Just stating a fact. From the Landal boat rental, it takes 45 minutes to get to the lake. You can drive there in 10 minutes and rent a boat for the same price. Don’t waste your time folks.

Rent a sup: no customer focus
We rented 3 supp's in this shop for a beautiful trip to the Reeuwijkse plassen. Unfortunately 1 sup was not good, the sup had a deviation, so it was very difficult to handle. At the start of the trip, they assured that they will repaid the bail, but after 4 days no bail on my bank account. We called the organization and they tell us that we had to say to them to return the bail, because they where busy. This is really the opposit of how it used to be. After the trip we went back in the shop to catch our keys and bag; they checked the supp's but they said nothing about the bail and how to receive the bail back. So, be carefull with those people.
