Station Leiden Centraal, South Holland Province, The Netherlands
4.0 (66 reviews) Spent Ranking #19 in Leiden Architectural Buildings
Clean, easy to navigate, has plenty shops and snacks
Pretty station, very small and easy to navigate, not confusing at all like some of Dutch stations tend to be. Also has a couple of clothing shops, Hema and Etos for cosmetics/medicine, two mini supermarkets, and also a couple of place where you can buy a snack. For instance, Smullers. They sell typical Dutch snacks in a sort of man-operated vending machine. Seems like a common thing in the Netherlands, I've seen it in a couple other places as well. The snacks are usually not great, but the idea is quite fun. Anyway, there is enough stuff to help you kill time before the train.

Tidy station
Leiden Centraal has trains running from Amsterdam, Utrecht, Den Haag, Rotterdam, Vlissingen and many more stations in the local area. There are some long platforms and they are accessible by lifts from the concourse. The concourse has an Albert Heijn if you want to get something to eat as well as a Hema and some other stores. The station was clean and has good transport links for further travel..

Modern Station
This Station is located pretty close to the canals and the main attractions in Leiden and there are trains going to other parts of the country. Very modern in architecture and there are eateries in the station for a quick bite.
