Best white water rafting experience
Highly recommend Wildwater-our first white water rafting experience and this company was amazing. Our guides were wonderful. Everything was so well organized and we felt very safe even tho some in our group were in their 50’s and not exactly outdoorsman. Even the lunch provided was great. We also stayed in the cabin nearby which was very nice and so convenient. Loved it!

What a blast! Day One was fast paced and Day Two was very relaxing!
Just wanted to give a shout out to Wildwater Rafting for an excellent trip down Chattooga River Section 3. Our guide John (a Virginia Tech student) was a fantastic first year guide for a group ranging in age from 19 to upper 50s! He made it fun for us all and kept the group safe at the same time! The next day we decided to slow it down with a kayak trip on Lake Tugaloo with Hayden, and again we were not disappointed. A fantastic guide who let our group (our family were the only ones on this tour) set the pace for what we wanted to do and how we wanted the tour to look. He and John made sure we were well oriented to what we were going to be doing and prepared for what may happen beforehand. Both of our guides were respectful and personable. They kept us laughing and having a good time the ENTIRE time. Definitely recommend it and will be coming back again!

Best River Trip Yet
They had a really good safety briefing covering all salient points. Going into the wasboard of the falls and having the raft fill with water is always my favorite part. Walking through the veil at long branch falls is great and shocking with a cold deluge from the mountain stream. They served an awesome lunch and premade your sandwhich and wrapped it prior to the trip. I thought this was better then making your own sandwhich. Patrick our river guide gave out precise commands which helped us navigate all the rapids on top of being very funny. Numerous swimming opportunities and rock face jumping into the river. Weather was great with intermittent cloud cove and rain that was cooling. My best trip yet on the Chatooga made better by having my youngest son Hunter with me.
