Houseboat holiday
We shared the Ikonic houseboat with 2 other couples, each couple had a ensuite room with queen size bed. The houseboat is a very generous size full kitchen, full size fridge plus a large Eski front and back of boat , also has a huge spa on the top deck ,large tv with Bluetooth surround sound. We left from Morgan for 5 nights , it was such a relaxing holiday

Beware ??
Better Customer Service would go a LONG WAY?. Briefly - 3 toilets backing up from day #3,4 and marine toilet on day #5 of 7 day trip - attempts to unblock the toilets with instructions in the Information Booklet to no avail - necessitating digging a trench onshore !! With 13 years of Houseboating experience it was obvious the black water tanks were the ‘problem’ ?? - even though ‘assured’ by phone they had been emptied. A problem was also experienced with one of the outboard motors - which the mechanic contacted us about. After phone and text contact with Foxtale, we advised her we would return a day early because of the toilet problem and when we arrived about 5pm that day - there was no one from Foxtale there ?. Surely with the problems we had, it would be high priority to have a ‘chat’ when we returned?? They have done themselves a great disservice.
