Can't fault them, the staff were outstanding. I personally dived with a broken hand and the assistance and reassurance was 1st class. The amazing Kelly cooked up so much food there's no chance of going hungry. Cheap drinks on board $1 for cans of soft drink or bottle water or use one of their cups and it's free refrigerated filtered water. Everyone was treated equal and had the same opportunity to see the sharks in the cage or on deck. Was an awesome experience I highly recommend. I also recommend you take advantage of sea sickness tablets . These are available from the Calypso office or your local chemist. Rated 10 out of 10.

Sharks are inquisitive.
Went out on the 31st for a full day shark cage tour. Starting early at 6 we headed off for our 3hr trip out to Neptune island. Plenty of food on the way out as the crew got things organised for the day. A bit of a rough trip out saw a few sick bag’s being used, but the crew were really sympathetic and helpful to those who needed it. Anchoring up , the cage put in the water and the first group were in. It wasn’t very long before the action started. Some great action with the sharks chasing the bait. My time in the cage was awesome with about 3 sharks circling and chasing the bait. During the 2 groups a shark called IMAX turned up, 4.2mts long and has been here for 15 years. The crew were very excited about this. Lunch was terrific with roasted vegetables and salads with chicken. All done we headed home about 4.30 so about 6 hrs out there, and a much smoother ride back with people sharing stories over a beer or two. It was a long day , getting back about 8pm but it was more than well worth it. All of the crew were magnificent and made the trip so much more enjoyable, if seeing sharks leap out of the water wasn’t enough. And it was. Thoroughly recommend this tour, you won’t be disappointed.

No sharks - but we still had an awesome day
We’ll, we didn’t see any sharks but we still had an awesome day. It’s a long day - picked up at our hotel at 6 am and dropped back at 7 pm. Staff were fantastic. Very informative and helpful. They feed you pretty much non stop from when you get o. The boat. Breakfast, morning tea, great lunch, afternoon tea. They open the bar in the rose back home. We booked the shark cage dive - next time we’d book the combo tour where you get to swim with the sea lions first in the morning. Our boat diverted to pick up the group that did this and they were all raving about how great the sea lion experience was. Even without the sharks we had a great day. Being in the cage and seeing so many huge fish right up close was fantastic. Will definitely go back again
