    Very interesting and informative visit
My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour around the Roman Baths. We tried to visit on the Saturday of our weekend in Bath but having not booked we were not able to get in. We were advised by the helpful staff on the door to check the website for availability and the Sunday morning had plenty of options and suited us fine. We walked into the town from our B&B and arrived approx 15 minutes early for our allotted time. The staff on the door let us in without problem, we were given an audio guide and instructions on how to use them. We spent a good hour or so walking around the place. It was fairly quiet at 9.30am when we did our tour which meant you could take you time, take plenty of photos and there wasn't people all over the place. By the time we finished it was getting very busy and not everyone had an audio guide which we found really useful. Recommend booking an early visit and look at the number of tickets still available to get a quieter entry time.

    A must see attraction
We booked tickets for the Roman Baths online as when walking passed we did notice that people were being turned away. As everyone has commented the attraction is overpriced and they can name their price in a tourist trap city. The audio guide was a fabulous ides as it gave you chance to obtain further details of any exhibit that you found of interest. The ticket information didn't mention audioguide so this must be included in the standard price. The exhibit itself is facinating and full of history. We had a teenager in tow that isn't particularly interested in History but he did comment how good it was and that he enjoyed going round. I would advice that you wear sensible footwear due to uneven and slippery floors due to the age of the attraction. The staff dressed up in Roman clothes inside the atraction didn't appear interested and weren't interacting with visitors in any way unlike other visitor attractions in the UK and giving that extra nugget of knowedge and maintaining the vistors interest which was disappointing. It is a must see attraction whilst in Bath but prepared for a steep entrance fee.
