Lovely visit
Enjoyable visit the Georgian house. The young lady at the entrance was very enthusiastic and informative answering all my questions. There are about 8 rooms but we took our time read all the information possible listened to all the timed talks and really got a feel for what it was like back then thank you. No 1

Great insight
The house is closed at the moment to general admission due to cleaning & preparation for the year ahead, however, accompanied tours are taking place but places are limited so arrive early. The tour is from the servants view & gives a great insight into the running of the house & the job roles involved. The guide was very informative explaining all aspects of life & room content Great tour but sadly didn’t include all the rooms due to the cleaning. Downside your still charged the same price. We where charged for four adults even though we explained two daughters where students under 16 which the lady didn’t want to take into account & charged us full as others where queuing. Overall though would highly recommend a visit.
