A lot to learn
The visit to Dimcho Debelyanov's house was very educational. It was both interesting and sad to read about his life in Koprivshtitsa and during the Balkan War and the World War I. While you walk around his house and read the info boards, you can listen to his audio-recorded poems. All Bulgarians must be proud that such a person was born and worked in our country. It is also commendable that the house and some of Dimcho Debelyanov's belongings are so well preserved. It is also great that all the information is presented both in Bulgarian and English. Taking photos inside the house is not allowed. There is a combo ticket for 6 museums in Koprivshtitsa at a ridiculously low price.

Beautiful
Beautiful house. When you start your visit of the historic monument houses, ask for the grouped ticket price which allows you entry in 6 houses. This is one of them.

Every time I am visisting Koprivshtitza I go to this charming little house where was born the most tender Bulgarian poet Dimcho Debelyanov. Then I vist his grave at the cemetery...
