Beautiful orchids
The growers have three greenhouses. Two for orchids. One for succulents. They do sell plants. I bought a beautiful cattleya. And the grower working the day we were there gave me some growing hints.

Beautiful orchids, succulents and other plants in greenhouses that opened in 1947
We read about Lines Orchids in a magazine. There are 3 greenhouses - 1 had tons of orchids, one had succulents and one had vanilla plants which are orchids. Scott, grandson of the original Lines toured us around and was very generous with his time answering our many questions. If you go to their website, linesorchids.com, you can read the history which is fascinating and begins in the late 1800's. When you arrive at their address, you drive up a one lane paved driveway and park behind a brick ranch house. The greenhouses are behind the house. The orchids were beautiful with different sizes and colors. The largest orchid order they had was $28,000 for a wedding. They also had lady slippers with unusual colors and several vanilla bean plants that came from one big old plant in the back. They use toothpicks to pollinate the vanilla flowers to make vanilla beans. Many of these plants are descendants of plants his grandfather cultivated. To summarize, it was very interesting to see the old greenhouses filled with amazing plants with many varieties.
