Generally an easy trail, but it was muddy during December and a lot of rocks. Would highly recommend to wear hiking shoes. We didn’t get to the point where you can see the actual river as we were pretty tired from previous days of hiking and wall climbing, but it does have many places of interest along the way. There’s the dam right at the start, followed by a cave formation. Just about 20 mins past the cave formation is a rock formation that provides some good photo opportunity. We hiked up about 8-ish in the morning, which i think was a great timing for this trail. Wouldn’t recommend night hikes because it’s really rocky.See more..
