Historical bridge.
A place worth paying the visit if one is visiting Luding or in the vicinity ie. on their way to Hailuokou. The entry tickets are RMB10 per person. There are some stores catering to tourist on the other side of the bridge. Pretty interesting. Note: Do not entertain the touts near the ticket counters. They offer a cheaper entry but you would not be able to exit at the other side of the bridge.

A sthort stop over to Gongga Mountain
If the bus let you there in Luging, it fine for a short visit. Look like a very active small town which was at the epicenter of a very large earthquake several ago. The area is developing like crazy and it's really mountainous. The bridge is a small attraction.
