Nice and cozy

The only art and technology of photography museum in Lithuania. A modern gallery, educational studio and photo laboratory, reading room and information center, souvenir and publications shop are established in reconstructed museum. New museum exhibition, summer cafe in the outdoor roof terrace and city panoramic view with "camera obscura" is planned to be open in the middle of 2015.

    Small but nice
    Housed in a clean, beautiful building this museum is small but it has some nice photographs and a young, helpful staff speaking excellent English. There is a terrace on the roof and also a camera obscura. Put aside 30 minutes for this place.

    History captured
    This tiny photography museum was packed with the history of Lithuania as well as artistic presentations using old photos. Some photos were so important that they are kept in a large scrapbook which must be touched only while wearing white gloves. These were of families separated by the war and occupation. Emotional experience all around. Last stop is rooftop viewing of Siauliai. Very nice afternoon experience.
