Still not complete.
This looks as though it could be a spectacular stadium when completed, you pass it on the way to the walled section of Datong. It is interesting in the architecture and would like to see it when finished.

Work in Progress, future attraction?
Very close to the airport, as of today it's still under construction. Maybe a future attraction? Anyway, the area/roads from the airport to the city center has been recently completely renovated.
