Breathtaking
Extremely fast elevator. The views from the top were breathtaking and you could see the entire city. Luckily not much smog that day. If you are game enough there is a view/walk around the outer of the top of the building. Well worth the visit

A sight not to be missed in Shanghai
Shanghai World Financial Center is an incredible feat of modern architecture. The observation deck is well worth the trip! It's 100th floor skydeck is certainly impressive to look at: you're surrounded by glass and mirrors, and stepping on thick glass looking between your feet at buildings and trees below you... very, very well done! It also gives you a bird's eye view of the city and many of it's main attractions, the Huangpu River, and the waterfront known as "the Bund". The views from the 94th and 97th floor are great but nothing compared to the observation deck. You can nosh in any of the yummy eateries on the ground levels afterwards. The elevators too were interesting. It has this crazy glowing lights and graphics. Another psychedelic experience. This is one of my most frequent stories when people ask me about Shanghai.
