    Provides Perspective for your visit
    I visited the Urban Planning Exhibition Center where there is a large model of the city of Shanghai. It provided me a great understanding of the city itself and the topographic features like the rivers. If you are not a map person or a person interested in understanding where you are visiting, skip this. But, for those of you wishing to better understand how a fishing village became a city of 30 million and an international financial and trade capital, don't miss this.

    Cool museum, unusual and fascinating.
    Loved this museum. Had lived in Shanghai for over a year before ever going. Wish I had been sooner and had taken visitors. The model of Shanghai is one of the most impressive things I have ever seen. Great rainy day, or bad air day activity.
