Excellent Lucy's Store

We went to Shanghai International glasses mall after reading a review on trip advisor about Qian Ye Optical. It was a great experience for us as well , Lucy was quick- to the point and was able to recommend great frames quickly. our glasses(3 sets) were ready in 30 minutes and everything was perfect . I'd highly recommend Lucy's shop for expats in Shanghai or travelers who are daunted by not knowing the local language- she speaks perfect English and is not pushy with sales unlike a lot of places here. Next time we need glasses , we are certainly heading to Lucy's shop again.

Highly Recommend - Ms. Lucy/Shop1003
We had a great experience with Lucy at the International Glasses Mall. A friend, who speaks minimal Chinese, lost his glasses and based on the strong reputation for value and service we opted to give Lucy a go. She certainly lived up to her reputation. Lucy and her team patiently brought box after box of options as our finicky friend chose the right look, and with her strong level of English she expertly conducted a tricky eye exam (heavy astigmatism) without our needing to intervene or translate. The price was very fair (699 including frame - cheaper options are available but we opted for higher quality lenses) and the set was ready in 30 minutes. Important to note that the 3rd floor will be closing so she soon will be moving to Stall 1003 (currently 3007) on the ground floor, so look there first before heading upstairs. Highly recommend!

Hello i visit Shanghai since 3 years i bought around 20 glasses in there shop therw service is great also you can contact them via wechat (Xuan526520)and they ship the glasses to you any where in the world. Also you can Reservate your favorit models in advance They have the newest brands and top quality like blue light filter uv filter .... I was trying a lot of shops this one is the best !!!
