The beach is clean and well maintained. You get a nice view of the sea. The whole area is very scenic and relaxing.

Riviera in norther seaside
Qingdao is considered as famous for seafood ? and beaches. There are many smaller or bigger beaches visited by many tourist from spring to autumn ?. Beaches ? are connected with seaside walk path. Mostly sandy beaches with bigger stones not like south east Asia with fine sand. During good weather super crowded with people resting on beach with tents ⛺️, playing with kids, not as you are used from Europe in typical beach places. It is unique experience

A great view and beautiful surroundings
The beach offers a beautiful view of the peninsula and has plenty of space. I visited in autumn but can imagine this place filling up over the summer. Couldn't swim when I visited due to jellyfish concerns but a great sight and a must see if you're in Qingdao.
