We needed a place for the weekend - and most places were full. Wal Mart DID say we could stay there, and we were appreciative. I was referred to this campground by another camper, and am glad I was. Riverside Park is a pretty location by the Pere Marquette River. There are about 50 campsites, all with electric, water [a rarity in the area], and even cable. There is a dump station for sanitation. The campground features a very nice activities shelter - there was a high school reunion and birthday party when we were there. On the weekend there is a "train" ride - a tractor pulls little cars, each of which holds a child. They loved it! Fees were reasonable, and we'll stay there any time we're in the area.See more..
