    Cute but completely understaffed
Cute but completely understaffed. The bus attraction was not going and there was no Peppa Pig character. When I asked, they said there were only two people working and they had to stay at the front desk. Not one staff member walking around, picking things up or cleaning any surfaces. A little disappointed that we paid full price for a ticket and everything was not even running. Should make a point to add that on the website or something.

    Disappointing
Crowded and not much to do. 4 year old was bored after an hour. No characters to meet. Nothing special. Just a themed playground. We bought the activity pack. It’s a cute little idea but the ring holding it kept breaking and they didn’t provide a pencil! What? I mean come on…And a big room full of kids with a snack bar and it hadn’t started serving food when we left at 11:30. Parents were hovering around waiting to order food for their hungry kids. Like, the food should be ready at opening. Pretty disappointing but based on how crowded it was, no need to make changes cuz parents are desperate for things to do with their kids. We will not be back.
