We made the mistake of NOT visiting this museum our first trip...but went on our second visit to Seiffen...absolutely fascinating.

Great museum, loved it all.
Visiting this museum was on the top of my 10 year old's list of things to do on our vacation to the Erzgebirge Mountains. It did not disappoint, she loved it. Suprisingly, we parents, loved it as well. Take the time to visit, you'll love it.

Great Carvings, Bad Radar Tickets
We were in Seiffen in September and loved the toys BUT we got a traffic ticket from one of their mysterious roadside cameras ?? and we are still trying to settle with the police. They apparently don't speak English and we have tried all this time to see what we owe and pay their fines. Don't speed as you will spend a lifetime trying to communicate with them and they want an arm and a leg for a minor infraction. Can tripadvisor help?
