Important archive of the Sorbian people
A relatively small, but important museum housing displays and artifacts documenting the culture of the Sorbian people during the last millenium. The Lower and the Upper Sorbs, through an accident of history, became one of the ethnic minorities enclosed within German borders. Struggling to maintain their language and culture in spite of hostile politial control (the Nazis and Communist governments being the most recent examples), these Slavic people have preserved itneresting memories of their heritage in this monument to their past. Well worth a visit.

Very interesting
Nice museum if you are interested in history of slavic people in Europe. Srpski muzej offers you a lot of information about ancient serbian tribes and their recent history.
