Love the Waves and Wind
It's part of our Wild South tour. We stopped for a while at the cliff here. We could oversee the beach down there. The wind was severe, so did the waves, no water sports or activities were seen. I think I could keep watching and feeling this place at this south tip of the Mauritius island for an hour. Too bad we stayed for about 20 mins only and had to move on to other places.

Never ceases to amaze
Visited Gris Gris several times over the years but not recently until now and it never changes. There's a break in the reef here and the waves are quite spectacular. On a wet grey day you can believe it does have connotations with black magic as people say it does. There's a path down to the beach but we didn't feel like walking. Well worth a visit.

Visit during pre-Cyclone
This is one of my favorite beaches! The wind and the waves and the perfect blend these two makes this place just awesome.. The sound of the waves and the winds will stay in your sub conscious for long... Amazing scene from the Cliff. A visit will be memorable...
