Something very special

City of Pori owns this former family-house that is now totally renovated, and use in the administration purposes. This building is easy to like, and I was lucky to participate city reception there. Everything was in order and well-maintained with very nice atmosphere. I truly enjoyed staying there.

    Not many people can work daily in a such beautiful place as Pori city council and the Leaders of the Pori. In 3. Floors there are so beautiful architecture specially after carefull renovation. If you are lucky to get a guided tour, you can hear the interesting story around the building.

    It's the town hall, entrance not available but poutside interesting
    You can just enter the main doors for a quick look inside unless you have some business to town council - otherwise outside this is an interesting building, replicating Venetian style renesance architecture - it is rather old, copleted aroun 1895. Venetian style can be seen outside for example with metal hoops in the WALLS, like them in Venezia used for keep gondolas... It is possible to buy guided tours from VisitPori (maisa.fi)
