Nice walk, views of modern Santiago
It was worth stopping for about thirty minutes to walk around and see this upper class area of the city. Nice views, few cafes, people exercising and locals walking around. We took a look at the malls right outside.

Lovely park
This is a lovely park in an upscale neighborhood. It is full of locals picnicing, flying kits, bike riding, etc.... It has a sweet garden to stroll through. In the cent of the park below ground and kind of hidden are some great resturants and bars. The cool thing is they are sort of hidden out of site until you walk down some stairs. I would recommed a visit to this park.

Wonderful Space for Walking, Running or Simply Enjoying
While in Santiago we stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. The hotel is close to this wonderful park. We walked there every day and enjoyed the fresh air and greenery as well as all the activities going on in the park. It also has lots of little kiosks selling food and drinks as well as a few bars and restaurants as well. It’s well lit and the area has a special security force to keep the park safe and accessible to all. It is a very pleasant green space full of activity in a busy city.
