Very well maintained
This is a very well maintained park with a nice splash park and beach. We like to stop at the beach with our boat. It can get a bit busy but the kids love it. There is no charge to enter the park by boat but there is a fee to enter by car. There is a resident and non-resident rate. I'm sure by charging a fee it helps with the upkeep to keep this a must use park.

We love Sanford Lake Park
Whether you are walking, playing baseball, basketball or have a family gathering, Sanford Park is the best park around! My dog especially likes the boat ramp!

Sanford Lake Park
The beach was nice for the kids to swim in. The water park was very nice and bathrooms where clean. The boat launch needs to fixed or repaired. One side of launch is very uneven to launch and retrieve the boat which makes it hard. The launch could be a lot better for the boats. The right launch is better and I would recommend using only the right side launch.
