Been here several time on different occasions and it is a pleasant coliseum, pretty much all seats are good.

Renovated and Even More Awesome
My husband and I are frequent visitors both before, and after, the recent renovations. We have watched some great games here, and have even had dinner here when it was temporarily converted for a special event!

Renovated and much better!
We visited the newly renamed Straham Arena at the University Events Center for their first men’s basketball game of the 2018-2019 season. The university has done extensive remodeling and has added seating in the east end of the basketball court which was previously just a wall. The hallways and floors have been redone and there is a brand new entrance and lobby. The halls outside of the arena are now a very bright white color. The basketball court has a new had video scoreboard hanging over center court with screens on all four sides. The area behind the east basketball hoop has new seats where the wall once stood as well as a club area from which the games can be watched. We enjoyed the refitted and renamed arena. The new configuration makes the building much more beautiful and enhances the game day experience!
