Beautiful tour with a knowledgeable guide

Went on this tour for Dia de los Reyes. Frankie was a wonderful tour guide. As someone who doesn’t love heights, was a little nervous but felt safe and enjoyed the pace and knowledge of Frankie. Been to the island a few times and have never been able to enjoy these beautiful sites. 10/10 would recommend for a great hiking experience and site seeing in the rainforest

    Veterans hike of a lifetime!
PR Tour Desk led a group of 30 staff members of our veterans organization on an awesome guided hike through El Yunque. The three guides - Diana, Luis and Ricky - were excellent. They accommodated our large group, we’re very knowledgeable about the area and took us to a perfect hole in the wall spot for lunch. It was perfect. Highly recommend and would use their services again.

    Half Day Waterfall Tour
Did a half-day hidden waterfall adventure from San Juan. Our tour guide, Frankie, was very communicative ahead of the pick-up. Once en route he was happy to share his wealth of knowledge about his home island. Prior to arriving at the waterfall there was a stop for local donuts, coffee, and clean bathrooms which was much appreciated. The drive, while stomach turning was uneventful, and upon arrival to the trailhead we were provided some safety gear and a quick tutorial on descending with the aid of a rope. What followed was a relaxing hour and a half at a secluded waterfall, the freshest air imaginable, and no sounds but those of nature and our tour companions. On the way back we were treated with a much needed stop to a roadside empanada stand before a quick ride back to San Juan. I would recommend a pair of non-white shoes a bit more rugged than running sneakers, but other than that one difference I wouldn't have changed a thing.
