Great place, but free spot nearby
La Piscinita is a very great location to do snorkeling, for the family it is a safer way to do it without problems. The entrance fee is of 4K COP / person and they also give you a bit of bread for the fishes. Be aware that the opening time is from 8:30 am but they might not respect it. They opened at 10 am when we were there. While swimming, it is totally possible to go outside of the limit that they have done. No one will say anything and you can enjoy a snorkeling without anyone around. Do not forget to take your bread with you and you’ll see great fishes. It is also possible to go by bus to the Piscinita from the city center. Tips: If you go on the left side of the piscinita by walk or car, you reach a defined snorkeling spot in front of the Sunset Hotel with a ladder to go into the water. It is a truly amazing place and we have seen the same fishes as in the Piscinita without paying any fee. We left our stuff easily and absolutely no problem. Many things can be seen from the corals, rocks and fishes. We have preferred this option than the Piscinita. Both can be enjoyed, but the free one is more for the adventurous ones ! Recommended 100%.

Don’t go out of your way
6,000 peso entry. Can park up in buggy outside. Clear water with fish which is pretty cool especially for snorkelling. Too busy and not many places to sit. Unwelcoming staff. Don’t go out of your way to get here in my opinion.
