Amazing views

If you are staying in Mestia do NOT get a taxi to the ski lift. It is a short walk up the hill. We made the mistake of hiring a taxi and were ripped off. Other than that, it was an amazing experience. Highly recommend

    Excellent view from the TOp
    Go by rope open cabin to view the hill all the way.. Almost 10 minutes ride is more comfortable and enjoyable from the cabin. At top there is restaurant to enjoy light food and drink. If your are lucky ,you will find open sky to enjoy the glacier view otherwise have to wait till cloud allow you to see the hill between 3 lot of clouds. One of the best place of Georgia .....

    nice ski resort in spring
    We took the cable car lifts, in 2 stages up to the lodge at the top. Month of May, and the weather was lovely although there was still plenty of snow at the peak. No lines, no big crowds. Lovely outing.
