Strange but quite interesting and fun
The neighborhood has a few houses that are uniquely decorated. The center of it all is of course the Whimsy House. We walked through the yard and had the place to ourselves. Kind of fun to see all of the creativity that has gone into creating this little artistic gem. It is a mix of the weird and the really impressive mosaics and other art sculptures. We really enjoyed it. Don't expect museum quality necessarily but we thought it was well worth the visit. We appreciate the muse and the work.

All about context
If you are staying in Safety Harbor this quirky house & neighborhood are a must see. This is not a destination attraction in and of itself if you are visiting the greater Tampa Bay area. That said if you want to visit Safety Harbor for a few hours perhaps visit the Spa, stroll Main Street for some quaint shops and have some good food and drink at a local establishment then by all means take 5 or 10 minutes to swing by Whimzey.
