Manisha organised everything exactly as we wanted it and Akash, our driver, delivered the perfect day out, seeing the island from a local’s point of view. Akash is so knowledgeable and interesting as a guide, we learnt so much that you wouldn’t learn if it had been organised by one of the big tour operators or the big hotels, Really can’t recommend them highly enough. Just around the corner from Veranda Paul et Virginie. Akash for Prime Minister of Mauritius!

Manisha Such a lovely lady helps you find exactly what your looking for and saves you money while doing it . Ask for Akash to drive you so knowledgeable ,he showed us so much and we learnt so much from him ,took us local to eat so we could try real Mauritius food that you eat with your fingers . Recommend you do the 5 island boat trip gives you a face lift flying across the sea ,drinking Mauritius coffee in the sea while wild birds eat out of the palm of your hand a truly unforgettable day . Rocky our other driver you are truly unforgettable knows everyone on the island a man who knows his onions ?( if you know you know ) . Manisha you make the finest rum buy a bottle or 2 from her .

Brilliant excursions courtesy of Manisha
Manisha was fantastic in the way she explained the tours available to us and even managed to get us onto an excursion with very little notice. We explained it was our honey moon and she catered for us. She explained the excursions and what they include patiently which was really nice of her and the prices were very much affordable. We did the Ile de surf excursion which was for the following day. Our driver was an absolute legend. ROCKY! The enthusiasm and charisma he has is a reflection of the people of Mauritius. He showed us the local roads and stopping to say hello to his friends wherever he went (everywhere we went)! The excursion was amazing, the weather was great, the sea turtle, the dolphins which we were lucky to see and the food was amazing not to mention the constant pouring of alcohol in the cups. Amazing people and would highly recommend them for any excursions if you are staying in Grand Gaube.
