Customer service varies. From being extremely good to extremely poor.
It's easy to access and some of the shops are interesting, however the staff doesn't appear customer focused. Almost unfriendly at times. Customer service training would be useful and beneficial to all. Intermart is a good supermarket where a good variety of goods are stored. The quality and price vary. It could be a top supermarket if it wasn't for the disarray and obstructive practices of the staff. They restock during shopping hours and obstruct customer access to goods as well as blocking the aisles. This is a health and safety hazard. Surely this task could be done with less obstructions. Restocking outside of shopping hours would be great if possible, if not please have a little care and respect for your customers. As far as customer service goes, Mado could be used as an example. The staff are always so courteous and helpful.
