    Beautiful day at the spa
I was at the Polar Bear Club on a sunny week day in August. When I arrived, I was in the first to come, so the spa was nice and there weren't too many guests. However, after noon, the spa became very crowded. Arrive early and leave early would be my advice. Weekends must be very crowded. There is a small cafe in the third building with a simple menu. A bit on the expensive side, but good food. The massage I got was one of the best I ever had. The name of the therapist was Rose. The spa is on the side of a river with a lot of stairs. I actually enjoyed that layout. However, some guests with mobility issues could find it challenging. The river was accessible by stairs and there were small fish in the water! I loved it. Unfortunately a bath was closed and I think it would have yield the nicest view. Too bad. There are a lot of SILENCE signs everywhere, but many guests don't care and talk anyways. Some guests also reserve chairs even if signs ask not to do it. The management should invest in staff whose only job is to remove towels from the reserved chairs and remind guests that they should be silent. Such employees exist at a spa in Rosemère, QC. All in all, a good experience, but I am taking one star off because of the noise, and the closed bath.

Nice spa in the Laurentides by the river. 2 separate areas in wich one of them you are aloud to talk. Wich is nice. Just 45 from MTL.
