2 hours of smooth sailing

Friendly no nonsense captain. Relaxing boat tour. Very safe for all, including COVID measures. You can bring your food and drinks which is a nice plus. There is a bathroom aboard, which makes it easier. A great way to just sit, relax and cruise the lake.

Fun and relaxing experience around the lake
This is a small and intimate boat perfect for tourists or couples looking for a nice activity to visit the Memphré-magog lake and get to know its people too. I loved the rich experience and interesting commentary of the captain. It is an easy, light and enjoyable activity for all. Reserve in advance the day of.

    one hour was just right
We took a one-hour tour on a cloudy day in August. Everything was smoothly organized and we picked up our ticket without incident after registering online. The departure is from the large pier by the Magog beach. This and other historical landmarks are covered in the narration, which was given live by our bilingual captain, Norman. There was perhaps a wee bit too much emphasis on the luxury properties on the east shore of the lake, which began to border on palace envy. We were more interested in the natural and cultural history of the lake, which came more on the return trip, climaxing with a satisfying explanation of the Memphie Lake Monster myth just before docking. Norman was capable, engaging and kind (he offered a blanket to a woman who had no jacket, which can come in handy on the exposed lake even in August). He was more than happy to answer any questions, was even armed with audiovisual aids!
