Friendly, punctual drivers, comfortable vehicles, faultless organisation!
We recently travelled with our two grown children for a month in Costa Rica and used ILT for seven transfers across the length and breadth of the country. Before the trip we sent a list of locations and they quickly responded with quotes. The friendly and helpful drivers were always waiting for us ahead of time, allowed us to stop for food and comfort breaks en route and were keen to point out local landmarks and points of interest. In fact one of our most memorable meals was in a small roadside Sodita near Liberia airport run by friends of the driver.The office staff quickly responded to emails and always sent a helpful reminder 24hrs before each transfer to remind us of the details and pass on contact details of the drivers - a simple thing, but one which inspired confidence, knowing we hadn’t been forgotten! We never once regretted not renting our own vehicle and enjoyed the chance to relax during the long journeys.

great private shuttle service for all destinations in Costa Rica
Booked several private shuttle service trips online, received email confirmation and the invoice (and payment wasn't due until the day before our first ride). All their drivers were punctual, excellent & safe drivers and provided great service - the vans were all very comfortable. First trip was from SJO to Monteverde, then Monteverde to Tamarindo, Tamarindo to La Fortuna and then La Fortuna to Alejuala. We had a great experience with them all, and highly recommend you leave the driving to them during your next trip to Costa Rica. Thank you so much ILT Costa Rica, we will definitely reach out when we return to Costa Rica again!
