Spectacular tour through the mangrove!
This was the absolute best tour through the mangrove! Linn and Abby are very knowledgeable, caring and kind guides. I can’t get over how Abby would spot all the different birds, monkeys, flowers and even a boa sleeping in a tree. They know all bout the flora and fauna we encountered, gave plenty of time to take pictures and enjoy the great variety of nature and wild life we encountered and made sure we stayed hydrated by offering water and delicious watermelon. The river through the mangrove is spectacularly beautiful, there we five of us, seven counting Abby and Linn, in the boat, and we all fully enjoyed the tour and we’re very excited about seeing all this natural beauty and the creatures in their habitat. I could easily stayed on the tour for three more hours! This tour is a must!

Wonderful Tour
Today we did the Osa Mangrove tour and we thoroughly enjoyed our tour. We saw a wide variety of birds, reptiles, and monkeys. Our guide was knowledgeable about each animal we saw and was able to answer all of our questions about the animals and the Sierpe River. We took our children (8&7) and they had a wonderful time and our guide was so welcoming to them and answered their questions as well. I would highly recommend this tour for people who are visiting Costa Rica and wanting to see some of it’s amazing animals.

What a spectacular tour. If you're already in Costa Rica you've heard about Pura Vida, an all-purpose term meaning life is good, that's great, even 'thank you' or 'you're welcome.' To me, Linn and his daughter Abi turn the herons (we probably saw 4 types), rainbow-festooned macaws, ridiculously cute capucin monkeys, tiny squirrel monkeys (endemic to this very spot), crocodiles flashing goofy smiles, into pura vida. They're having as much fun beneath the mangroves as we are. They're deeply knowledgeable about animal behaviors, mating, and eating, not to mention, the plants, bugs, butterflies. The more you ask, the deeper they'll go. I cannot recommend Linn and his daughter Abi highly enough.
