Great stadium with a coloured history and world class atmosphere
As Munster supporter from Limerick, I have been to matches in Thomand Park many, many times and never tire of it. Very accessible from anywhere in Limerick and within walking distance of the city centre and it's countless pubs, I would consider the stadium a must visit for anyone in Limerick for a trip and not just rugby fans. Thomand Park and rugby are part of the fabric of Limerick City and Limerick people have a lot invested in the fortunes of Munster Rugby. Ticket prices are very affordable for league games and with the exception of derbies, there should be no issue getting a seat (or a terrace spot, if you prefer standing). There are plenty of bars and toilet facilities, so not worries on that front and the stadium is easy to enter and exit, before and after games. I highly recommend watching a game or taking the tour to any visitors to Limerick.

A great place to watch rugby
A truly great stadium with an enjoyable atmosphere and a great view of the pitch. The facilities are standard good, albeit I prefer a pint in the nearby pubs. The rugby served up here is always of a really high standard although the red card dished out probably somewhat wrecked the game as far as both sets of supporters were concerned.
