    Fota Family Experience was incredible!
We had a lovely couple of hours strolling around the wildlife park in the morning and had pre-booked the family experience from 2pm-4pm. What an incredible experience it was!! We were driven around the park by the wonderful Willy who educated us on the history of the park, the care of the animals, entertained us with many jokes and stories and of course brought us literally face to face with many of the animals in their enclosures. Our two boys (11 and 9) will never forget feeding giraffes, hippos and penguins, and being able to look tigers, lions and monkeys in the eye. Willy gave us a day that we will never forget. Highly recommended.

    A lovely visit!
This is a wonderful wildlife park. It had been 10 years since I had visited and could see many changes -all for the better. The gift shop is closed, there was extra toilets at 2 different junctures. The restaurant was half ways through, has a limited menu and is on the expensive side, but the food was tasty and welcome! All very covid compliant, but glad to see feeding the birds was still an option which made for a fun interactive experience. We have a toddler and we needed every minute of the 3 hours to get around. Wear comfortable shoes and bring snacks etc.
