Exceptional - a real gem of a museum with very warm and knowledgeable staff
We paid a flying visit to the Horse Country Experience in between stops on the 2020 Stallion Trail, our only regret was not to have had more time to take in the superb exhibits and watch many more of the videos. Whether your interest is the thoroughbred, social history, racing or local stories, it's impossible not to want to come back again and again. Thank you!

A lovely place to visit if interest in Horses/History
Horse mad teenager had been wanting to visit so having a Staycation, it was the perfect opportunity. It was a lovely way to spend an hour and a half. A history video of the area starts off the visit (although I did struggle with the sound quality). Due to Covid only one family at a time can view this, which was very reassuring. There are two floors of interactive displays and a skeleton of a horse. Daughter found it all very interesting. Staff were lovely and the young man gave some excellent information. We then had a coffee and ice-cream in Fethard. A lovely small clean town with a friendly community.
