Above and beyond client service
I honestly really didn't know that this kind of customer service still existed. I've been meaning to write this review for a while, but i don't know how to do it quickly and clearly. If you aren't interested in a ridiculous shuttle mishap story, just rest assured that Brenda is a pro, a serious pro, and that you're in good hands. If you are so inclined, feel free to read on. In addition to helping us with a number of shuttle reservations during our few weeks in the area, Brenda went way above and beyond to make right a situation that went almost comically wrong. My mom was picked up at 4am by the wrong shuttle/taxi service (and another woman was picked up by the one my mom had reserved and already paid for.) The "wrong" company then charged my 80 year old mom $135 and the other woman received a free ride from the company we had already paid. Brenda first reached out and sent the owner of the other shuttle company to come see us immediately; thinking they would reimburse us with cash right away. But the company had no intention of doing so, telling us that IF they could get the money back from their client, THEN they would send it to us. WHA??? So, we had to be pretty indignant about double paying before they agreed to reimburse us $100 via paypal (of which paypal takes a percentage) and which wasn't even the full amount that my mom paid them! ($135) When we told Brenda everything that was going on, she was really sympathetic, apologetic, and get this...she ended up reimbursing us the extra $35 out of her own pocket. She even paid the extra paypal fees. Like I said, it was something out of some surreal travel dream. Brenda is the best. Use them, support them, rely on them. Wow.

Christopher and Brenda are the BEST
These 2 have been in the travel industry for as long as I've been booking trips to Costa Rica and longer. We started travelling to CR in 2014 and have been many times since. THANK GOODNESS. I don't know what I would do without them. They are very knowledgeable with their country and I have much more confidence travelling knowing they are out there for me and my husband. They give advice and tips, book hotels, excursions, car rentals and taxis. It makes me feel so much more comfortable knowing we have trustworthy people to help guide us around!! Wouldn't use anyone else!!!
