Great experience
This company was great for getting a cheap and fast airport transfer to and from LIR to the Riu Palace Guanacaste. The driver was as friendly as he could be with a language barrier at times. He was waiting with a sign by the pickup area as soon as we deplaned, He tried his best to be engaging and would stop at times to let us see the wildlife quickly before continuing on our trip. He got us to our resort faster than the people that were able to take the resort shuttle. We could not take that option as we booked through a 3rd party.

Excellent Service A+++++
Where do I begin? I stumbled across the company's website and noticed that they had a US number listed. I took the chance and called at 10:30 pm eastern time, and to my surprise, Manuel picked up. We booked roundtrip transfers from San Jose airport to Tamarindo, an ATV tour, a trip to Rincon De La Vieja National Park and a combo zip line and white water rafting. The night before each event, I received an email confirming the pick up time, the driver's name, the make and model of the vehicle, as well as the license plate number. They ALWAYS arrived on time and had a great attitude. I highly recommend this company, and if it were possible, would give them 10 stars. You won't go wrong choosing Guanacaste Viajes and Tours.

5 days of seamless transportation for 30 people
Booked several airport transfers, a tour and multiple round trips to restaurants around Guanacaste for 30 people, between July 28 and August 2. This could have been a nightmare but Manuel was extremely flexible with all my requests, including last minute changes. His drivers were always on time, courteous and professional. He made the logistics of our movement super seamless! Carlos was our favorite driver and was awesome on our all day trip to Buena Vista Del Rincon! Thank you, Manuel and team!
