We booked our transfer from airport to resort and back through this company finding them online. It was only 2 of us but it still was similar price comparing to shuttle group rates and we had a luxury of private direct ride. The communication with Robert while booking through email was very easy with quick responses. He suggested to look into their tour offers and after researching in resort we realized that it was much better offer with competitive pricing from Fayla tours, again with private tour guide and custom adjustments to our likings. All drivers were super nice, freely English speaking, very patriotic and knowledgeable about country, all three cars we used are in great condition, all air conditioned. We had wonderful experience going to see Volcano, waterfalls, hot springs park and suspended bridge with our tour guide Alex who gave as plenty information about life in Costa Rica. Highly recommend!

Best Shuttle Service in Costa Rica
My wife and I recently traveled to the beautiful country of Costa Rica. Rather than rent a car, we elected to use a shuttle service (Fayla) for our commute to and from the airport. Our hotel was located about an hour away from Liberia Intl Airport so we contacted Robert at Fayla Tours Papagayo and he coordinated the pick ups and drop off to and from the airport. The experience and service was great, excellent service, prompt, courteous, and professional driving. At no point were we concerned and the drivers took extra special care to ensure we experienced safe COVID 19 mitigations. So if you are looking for a professional, hassle free transportation at a very affordable price, I recommend Fayla. - Just ask for Robert and he will take care of all the rest.
