    Garden of Eden?
    From start to finish, LA Paz Waterfall Gardens will leave you in awe. There is nothing you won't see while on your leisurely walk through the park. Orchids on every kind and tropical flowers cover the grounds like a blanket. Those flowers attract numerous humming birds and butterflies that are beautiful beyond description. Various species of toucan and parrot live in the park, as do so many other colorful birds. You can see reptiles, frogs, multiple species of monkeys, pumas and jaguars. If animals aren't your thing, take one of the moderate hikes through the luscious rain forest to view many spectacular waterfalls. Then after your hike, return to the visitor center for a sumptuous lunch. This activity is for people of all ages and well worth the admission price.

    A great day out
    We were really impressed by the upkeep, staff and organisation here. The setting is beautiful and it is a very enjoyable one way walk to the shuttle bus at the bottom of the site which was most appreciated to return us to the car park. Highlights for us were the butterfly house with clouds of morpho butterflies and the frog house where the staff were brilliant at pointing out all the hidden frogs. We also enjoyed a welcome rest and tasty samples in the casita. The gardens are lovely and the waterfalls were spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and thought all the staff were great.
